Prostatitis Ruined My sex life and I want it Back

Don't Know Where to Start Since 5 years I am Suffering from Prostatitis , doctor told Me i have prostatis due to Urinary Tract Infection left untreated

I always feel pain and warm under ureathra some time burning sensation in right testicle alot of pain when i ejaculate .

I feel ulcer as a role under ureathra I Used to Have Sex everyday once or twice with 3 Different Women . I masturbate 6 to 7 times a Week from 8 years , urine culture is negative no infection , HIV negative RPR negative

I have Been Taking Medicines as Prescribed Below: 

PENCUM -12lac 6vile weekly

oloxacin 200mg 2times daily for 14 days

azithromicine 500mg 4pills in a week

however it relax me a little bit

clathromicine 500mg twice daily for a week

taximo 200mg 2at a time twice a daily for a week

augmented due 500mg twice daily for a week

again azithromicine 500mg twice daily a week

Doctor Never asked me to Test for fungal, yeast,viral as hsv1 or 2. urethral swab test, sperm test

I tested for urethrascopy, scrotum altasound in urethrascopy. a little bit proximal segment narrow but I urinate well I don't fee any urgency during urination or Never need to go to Bathroom During Nights .

My question is anyone Experiencing the Same as me ? And My sex life just ruined with this and I want my life back , I have followed the medicines as prescribed by the doctor but i see no change .

The Symptoms Comes and goes and I feel frustated with this problem . is there anything that i am doing wrong ?

Chris.  sorry your in pain.  Your doing everything right but if the doctor is not helping you GETa second opinion.  He may have somthing to help you.  I have a friend that is 32 and he has had it from the age of 17.  He has a great sex life (  That is what he tell me )  He is with girls all the time.  Go try another doctor.  Ken

Christopher You had a Great set of Antibiotics , I have been prescribed with similar antibiotics too with no Results at all , now after the use of Those Antibiotics i have a Sevear Lower back back , it the side effect that i am facing from antibiotics . God no more antibiotics .
