Protrusion/spot thing, had for months, what is it?

I can't identify the spot thing, what is it caused by, how can I get rid of it?

Well I'm no expert but it looks like a wart. If you go to nearby chemist they will give something to put on it.

Well Danny I must agree with Nicola as I also believe that it looks like a protruding wart. Your local pharmacy should be able to help you.

Have you asked a doctor or a pharmacist?  That should be your first port of call
