I get chronic tension headaches. Is IB prophen really that risky? Sigh. Tylenol doesn’t work. What is my alternative?
Ive taken ibuprofen several times and never had an issue, although, thats just me… is there a warning about it??? I also read something about Zofran interacting with Prozac, but I have never had an issue… thank goodness for that too, because with all the side effects i have had I have needed both.
Yes, on my bottle it says if you take it, there’s additional risk for stomach bleeding. Ugh.
it says if you are elderly, or have kidney or liver disease… do you have either one of those??? Ibuprofen can cause stomach bleeding… but youd have to take massive amounts of if over a very long period of time… my husband takes ibuprofen daily ( he is NOT on Prozac) and has for 25 years and he is just fine…:-)) if your still scared maybe call the Dr to get some peace of mind… but i completely understand why your nervous… who wants any more side effects…
