Prozac and internal trembling,

HI has anyone been on prozac and it,s helped internal buzzing and trembling, I am 58 menopausel, 10mg of prozac, been buzzing 5 months before I went on prozac, had a massive panic attack never got rearly better,

I get the internal trembling but I feel this way even without the meds.  I thifnk a majority of it is the anxiety itself.  How long have you been on the prozac?
