I'm pretty sure today is day 6 or 7 I feel awful. anxiety lasts all day, shakey, fast heart rate but the real issue for me is these stomach issues. I'm bloated and nauseous and had a night of diarrhea two days ago. I just hate this bloated feeling. I'm freaking out because nobody else it seems suffered from constant bloating on this pill and I'm worried something is wrong with me.

I’ve been on and off antidepressants (zoloft & citalopram) for many years, and I have always gotten bloated, and in the beginning of the citalopram also suffered with the nausea and running to the bathroom quite a bit. That can be a side effect of the medicine, as long as you’re able to keep food down and aren’t getting dehydrated I would keep going, if you feel you are getting dehydrated then you can call your doctor and let them know they may want to just switch you or something. I wouldn’t worry too much.
As far as the anxiety, shaky, fast heart rate, all side effects when starting an antidepressant and it’s pretty common.
