Anyone want to talk to me , getting doubts this prozac will fix my anxiety ! 4 weeks done

I saw my psychiatrist today. He upped my dose to 30mg. I start Friday. He also added Lamotrigen as a mood stabilizer. He is telling me to start exercising more and find a therapist who works in CBT. That's how he thinks I will deal with my anxiety.
He just caused me more anxiety. Everyone on this site can't be wrong in having their anxiety lessen after being on it for awhile. Remember most people have said 6-8 weeks before they started to see a difference. Hold on girl. Try and think positive. I know how very hard that can be when you feel like crap!
You will get there. We both are damn well going to get there!

I never felt that Prozac helped with my anxiety and always took Xanax, lowest dose tablet 3 times per day. Good Luck and God Bless.
