i have this redness on either side of my inner thigh in the groin area, ive had it a while, it doesnt itch or burn or anything. When i was showering last night i noticed a stinging sensation in my groin down near the perineum area. I took some photos and it looks like some small cracks in the skin. I also noticed that the skin colour appears different and the skin looks quite flaky/scaly. When i went to the toilet this morning there was a slight discomfort when wiping, so i took another photo and it also looked like small cracks in the skin.
any thoughts on whats going on with my skin? are the skin cracks related to the red flaky skin?
