My problem is if I walk or hold a little on my penis, there is a burning sensation in the head of my penis.Then there is no pain on the inside. But when i apply soap while taking bath or moisturizer, it means that if i keep rubbing head of penis for some time, there is a pain from burning sensation(inside genital) As far as i can understand, the pain is moving inside the pouch of scrotum.I mean not in the pouch,actually inside the pouch or inside of the middle of penis and pouch This pain causes the body to shake a little and little difficult to stand up straight And when i go to this pain by rubbing, it burns a little inside for 2/3 hours. Doctor said this is psycogenic pain....After taking 8 months of psychiatrist treatment there no improvement of my problem...what should i do now? Is It psycogenic problem or anything else?
oh my god, ow and triple ow! this is NOT psycho anything! this sounds horrid, jeez go see a sexual clinic or male specialist, you have made me cringe! 
I visited to a dermatologist and sexual medicine specialist.. he gave me nerve medicines..but no improve… should i make a appointment to a neurologist?
i would absolutely see someone else until you get to the bottom of this!
