I recently noticed an area of puffy skin on the underside of my penis. The area is under the tip of the penis and on the right side (it would be covered by the foreskin). I am circumsized and the area is soft to the touch. It doesnt hurt even if touched and it feels like there is something soft under the skin. There isnt any redness or itchiness. I havent had any sexual partners yet but I do masturbate often. I am 20 years old.
Did you find out what it was / is? Did the puffiness abate?
