Hi everyone!
For past couple of days I've been experiencing a strange sensation above my left breast. Precisely, between my armpit and left breast. It mostly feels like I've pulled a muslce but I know I didn't and the pain comes and goes. I feel like someone is pulling that area and it hurts, the pain can go from mild to severe. I'm reeeeally worried its heart relalted since I have strong heart anxiety.
If someone could help me with anything they know about this or if someone experienced something similar let me know. I would be very thankful!!
With no examination I’d even be sure it’s not heart related.
I have the same thing right below the collar bone, left side.
with heart issues, pain is more in the back, and dead center of the chest. Likely it would not radiate first to that area. Some get numbness all on the left side, and face.
The fun fun part is Anxiety the %@$& that it is, loves to mimic things we fear the most, why? Distraction!
whatever stress we deal with, conscious or subconscious.. it doesn’t like confrontation or emotional conflict.
on the other hand - if you’re eating horrible, smoke, or have very high triglycerides... then get a full work up from a cardiologist anyway.

I'm glad im not the only one experiencing this... And YES anxiety is a mindf*cker. I just wish it could all stop so i can live my life the way it needs to be lived and to feel like my old self again.. Ugh!
