hello I've been in peri for almost 3years now. My symptoms keep changing, lately I get my period almost every 2-3 weeks. And now for last three days I have been hearing my heart beat in left ear. Is this another peri symptom??? Has anyone else experience this in peri??? it's on and off, it usually starts in the afternoon. I have been under lot of stress with work and remote learning for my two kids so I blame my early/frequent periods on stress. But what's this new symptom pulsatile tinnitus???? please help.

Yes this certainly sounds like a peri symptom. I have that too and feel really unbalanced when I’m walking. It comes and goes. Ask your DR to get an ENT referral for peace of mind.
Remember your peri symptoms are hundreds times extreme too.
YES! it is terrible, along with anxiety, headaches, flu like symptoms, insomnia. my ears always feel full and when I go to my doc they find nothing!
