Does anyone else get a pulsing in their ear, I’m 17 and it’s really scarring me. It first appeared after my first panic attack and it comes in goes. I don’t get a ringing in and it’s never painful. Does anyone else get this?
Yes I have had the pulsing feeling in my ear many times. Mine is caused from anxiety and stress. Yours is most likely due to the same.
Just have your ears checked out for your peace of mind. Stress and anxiety can cause irritation to nerves anywhere on the body including nerves to the ears. It’s not harmful, just annoying.
Try to get your anxiety under control. A counselor can help you do this.
