My pupils are sometimes different sizes. I'm worried I have a brain tumor. Sometimes the left one is bigger but sometimes the right one is bigger. Could I have a tumor?
Do you have any other symptoms? Like vision changes, etc
Do the pupils return to normal size eventually?
This can happen and be completely harmless, but for reassurance, let your doctor know because we on this site can't diagnose.
I highly doubt brain tumor. That's not the usual sign.
Just for peace of mind, follow up with the doctor.

I think they key word here is "sometimes". If you had a brain tumor, I'm pretty sure the pupil size difference would be constant.
If you don't have splitting headaches all the time you're probably fine.
