could that be what it is ?
You have a small hemorrhoid and what looks like 2 smalls fissures. I would use witch hazel to clean the area and hemorrhoid cream to shrink it. Drink lots of water try to eat more fiber. I would try not sitting on the toilet long and don’t strain while using the toilet.
