I agree with what Lostknight has said. Perhaps if you think of it this way: it is very easy to forget that your penis looks a whole lot different to what it was when you were around 8 years of age, the major difference, obviously, is size. You are still in a major growth period - of what most people refer to as ‘puberty’ and your penis may continue to grow naturally until your early to mid-twenties. So, things like this can even themselves out - certainly, as with is the same with some areas of our body, perhaps, never looking perfect, or the ideal.
It could potentially be a weakness, or it may simply always to look as it is now and function perfectly normally throughout your adult life …
