I hope someone can advise me on what this could be and what to do next. I have lots of small purple bumps on my right thigh, when I was working my skin was so itchy and I kept scratching, when I got home I noticed the dots have gotten worse and they are starting to appear on my other thigh. I phoned the doctors and the nurse prescribed me an antihistamine and a steroid cream although I have done some research and if looks like Purpura. I'm getting myself worked up because I had unprotected sex back in may and a few days later I had a fever flu like symptoms and really bad swollen lymph nodes which lasted a week and the swollen lymph nodes stayed for longer. I got tested after three weeks which I know is too soon and I got told to go back after 3 months. It says online Purpura can be caused by hiv and my anxiety is so bad with worry
