Putting anxiety meds behind me

I've been on Lexapro since January, with increases and decreases in the med.  I can't remember a day that has gone by without being dizzy from it.  I was prescribed Valium over the summer to help with some extra anxiety I was having.  Well, I'm finally fed up with the dizziness and 'laying around' all the time.  My Dr. took me off the 5mg of Lexapro and started me on 25 mg of Zoloft.  I went about 36 hours in between the two.  Yesterday, I have never felt better.  No dizziness, no laying down to stop the dizziness.  My question is...can it be my body telling me I don't need the meds anymore?  I started on my Zoloft last night and the dizziness came right back.  I don't really feel anxious, it's the dizziness that gives me anxiety!

Does anyone have natural remedies for anxiety if I start to feel overwhelmed after stopping my meds?!

There’s a supplement call Sam-E many people have told me worked wonders for them. I’m so resistant to medications that I’ve never even tried it. Has great reviews though. The negative side effect I’ve heard is some stomach discomfort but I’ve read that it’s mannitol that causes that so look for a brand that has no mannitol in it. It’s always good to take vitamin d, b12.. my therapist recommended lemon balm, GABA (I used and seemed to help calm a little), fish oil and 5-HTP. There’s a lot of literature out there on each of those supplements. Do a little research, try a few and see if any help.

Also, your dizziness may just be from anxiety as I believe it would take Zoloft a bit longer to actual show any effects.
