This is quite a difficult subject , my 7y/o seems to have a massively small penis, this, I worry, will be a problem in the future. From reading up on it, it can be a sign of a low sperm count to.
How would I approach a GP about this?

Your son is only 7 years old he does not have a sperm count. He has not been through puberty yet. He has got at lease 3 years before he starts. Don’t worry. Things will work out
Leave it alone for now. Ken
yeah i feel like he is too young to decide if he has a small penis or not .
Even some adults turn out to be growers not showers ..
Hey Chris
I was thinking about your post after I sent the other one. I have 2 sons and I never worried about the size they were going to be when they grow up. Penis size is in the genes we are what our fathers and there father were. Let him be a kid for now. Don’t put this in his head that he is not the right size. That will do no good and this could cause him harm. Let him be a little boy before he has to be a man. Just be there for him.
On the same note. Size really does not matter. It all works the same. I had a friend years ago we would go to the gym. He was the size of my little finger. He told me it’s not any bigger when he had a erection. Him and his wife were very happen and they had 6 kids. Avg is about 5 to 6 in. It does what it is suppose to do.
Life is going to be hard enough for your son. Just let him enjoy it…Ken
