Question about dots on penis

hello i've had this for a while. not sure for how long. they get very red when i have an erection. it looks as if they move, but i'm not sure about that. i live a very healthy life, just have a problem with drinking quite a lot of pepsi, maybe this can be a factor? probably not. I am not circumcised. I dont wash it with soaps, i clean every time i pee and wash with water every morning and evening.

I am currently using a cream for thight foreskin. when i was at the doctor he did not talk about what was in the pic, only the extreme fordyce spots which are now gone. can he not have noticed it? or was he sure it was harmless so he didnt say anything? File size is too big thanks anyway!
