Hey everyone.. just a quick question.. I know anxiety makes your muscles and body ache! But anyone else's boobs ache some days? And the relief when you take off your bra!!

Omg I get really achey - not my breasts really but my limbs feel like lead sometimes and even though I sit most of the day at a desk job I get really achey back and legs - having a bad day today actually. I'm sure my anxiety is connected to my monthly cycle and I'm currently trying to find a pattern by keeping a diary of sorts. Even though I get many physical symptom's such as nausea, aches, shakiness, irregular heart beats, wooziness etc. I seem to get worse/not handle it so well during and just after my period. Improves mid cycle.
Anyone else get this? My gp has suggest going on the pill to get my periods/hormones in check but I've heard that the pill can cause anxiety so don't want to make it worse?!
it's always a refief when I take my bra off, sometimes I just wear bralet as it is more comfy! Thinking about it more and more will make you more anxious, but maybe it's just your boobs wants to be free. Don't panic tho, relax and breathe!
Yea I get all those! I've had it every single day since January! But lately I've been taking my bra off and they feel so achy!!
I've recently come off the depo injection but because my anxiety started in January I don't know what's what at the moment! Which is just worrying me more!
I don't think your periods should cause you all this.. and what happens when/if you want children ect the stress might make it worse trying to come off it all over again!

YES, my wife tells me that when you tense up, her boobs hurt along with other places...
May have to invest Ina bralet! Lol

when I was really unwell with all sorts of terrible physical symptoms that I now think were brought on from severe anxiety that I had something sinister wrong, I also got terrible sharp shooting pains in one of my boobs especially when I turned over at night, it was like needles poking into me near my nipple, has any one else had that? so weird and I had it on and off for a couple of weeks.
yeah defo try that not very expensive either!
​Yeah I get what u saying and feeling trying to figure it out, but try not to panic over this and not to worry too much, drink some water and chill out (at least try your best) x
