Once you notice like irritation , and if its an outbreak, how long does it take for sores to show after? 1-3 days? Thank You i am always so nervous i gave it to my partner because before i knew i could pass it on without cold sores present i always gave oral so now any little thing i freak out. He said its from masterbating dry the past couple of days and it goes away hes had it before and not to worry but i cant help but worry.
I am wondering the same . I have been feeling tingling & burning since Monday but no sores that i can see.
