Hi all, I have recently started taking some vitamins and minerals as I have read online they are beneficial. I also am exercising and maintaining a balanced eating diet.
I have:
- Zinc 15mg
- Vitamin D 12.5-25pg
- Cod liver oil 1000mg
I am just asking because I feel pretty dizzy after having the Zinc and have a metallic taste in my mouth. I am probably just being over critical because of my Anxiety, but just wanted to check with someone who hopefully has more knowledge than me regarding this.
I am also on 20mg Fluoxetine at the moment, but I doubt that should matter. Thanks!
