Yes it can!! You may not realise it but you will be quite tense. Try having a warm bath with some relaxing music. Listen to some relaxation audios that teach you how to relax every muscle in your body. I've got jaw/tooth ache from clenching my jaw so much I don't realise I'm doing it! Lol
