I've ha anxiety pains every single day since middle of January.
It started real bad in my chest! And over the time it seems to just have moved all around my back, neck, jaw ect!
This is possible right? Doesn't just stay in one place?
Many thanks! X

Totally normal and its because your tensing up. You may not realize it but people with stress and anxiety tense up. I call it the squish... I have a severe migraine and pain in my neck and back from squishing yesterday. I get pain in my jaw bc I clench. You have to relax. Just slump and I mean force yourself to slump. Even when I think I'm relaxed I'm not. I can still relax further. Maybe asking your Dr. For a muscle relaxer it will help big time. And a warm bath always helps. But it's all muscle related from stress and it sucks but just relax
Thank you for your reply! Just all so worrying! The pains are sometimes sharp.. sometimes moving.. pressurising! So confusing! X
Today it feels like it's going through my chest to my back! Like it's actually going through me! X
Try the bath. You really need to relax. Sometimes we start with a little neck pain but bc we worry and tense it moves to our back and then we just keep compensating through other muscles. I pulled a muscle in my chest so bad a few weeks ago it hurt when I took a breath and then it went to my back. It's all compensation if you relax you can get rid of all the pains. May take a few days bc you pulled them. But it will go away
I've had them everyday since January.. I'll see how a bath goes for me later.. try and fully relax! 5 months is a long time and it's taking its toll! X
I know. I've been dealing with it since November so I fully understand your struggle. Have you been to a Dr to rule out other things? Lyme's disease? Things like that? If so then it's definitely just stress. And it seems unreal that stress can cause all this but it can. After a panic attack it hurts my entire body it can keep me on the couch for a good day or two. Bc of all the tensing up it literally feels like I ran a marathon and lifted 12 times my body weight. It's insane. I pull muscles in my chest back neck and legs. It's frustrating for sure. And it's so hard to think it's all from stress but stress literally take everything out of you.
I've had blood tests, ecg, ultrasounds and pics taken of the inside of my chest ect
All is good there!
Hope you are starting to feel better.. as this is awful! The pain just comes out of no where everyday.. and it's so draining! X
