question (please respond)

Hey everyone, I posted on here a few days ago, but I have another question. So 4 years ago I had 2 irritated areas inside my labia minora, when I’d pee it would burn. However, at the time I thought it could possibly be an irritation from soap or something so i put hydrocortisone on it and it immediately took the 2 “sore like” things away overnight. They didn’t resemble herpes sores looked more like from friction.

Anyway, as I’ve been reading this forum, I noticed people talking about a buzzing sensation in their genitals when they first got diagnosed. I do recall feeling like a slight vibrating/mild buzzing sensation on the labia minora that would come and go. Could this have been herpes?? I’ve been tested for type 2 via blood 2 times and if i get tested for type 1, it wont tell me if its an oral or genital infection. I’ve been obsessing over this for years and its been affecting my quality of life. I’ve never had anything else happen in 4 years to get swabbed.

Any thoughts? Thank you in advance.

Ive also spoken to multiple doctors and all said that hydrocortisone would not have helped a herpes lesion, but I still continue to live with fear that I have it. The buzzing sensation felt like my vulva was like kinda vibrating and it was mainly occurring a few years ago and hasn’t happened in a long time. Was that buzzing sensation a coincidence or herpes related?
