i have been taking the tablets for just over a week and everything seems to be fine, losing weight and no side effects.
but ...
For today i had brekkie which was not 15g and missed lunch and had tea at 5 which was a veg lasanga and stirfry so it consisted in 13g of fat - but becaused i have not had the recomended 30g-50g of fat in one day does this mean i will nt loose weight?

Everyone is different..I know for me a day a week missing brekkie and lunch and having a larger tea I still lose weight..but everyones bodies works in different ways..
One day a week won't do any damage in the grand scheme of things so I wouldn't worry about it

what would happen if you ate a meal with 15g or less and forgot to take a tablet? i often sit down to eat and take 2 mouth fulls and think oh gosh my tablets
but if you totally forgot to take them and onlyremembered a few hours later would you have side effects?

I wouldn't worry too much if you miss the odd tablet, I've done it myself a couple of times, or I've been out all day and my tablets have been at home.
I just completely skip it for that meal and carry on with my next meal,
Stick to low fat diet and you shouldn't get any side effects regardless of when you take your tablet.

in the instructionleaflet it says you can take them upto an hour after eating a meal and they will still work... probably due tot he amount of time it takes your food to actually be broken down and work its way into the intestines which is where the absorption or not absorption is taking place! but i am still scared to start them tomorrow!!!
