I had a foul smell coming from my vag area so i decided to go to to doctor she did the exam and gave me some flagyl (metronidazole) until my results came back and also thought it was bv! Two days later my results came in as trich and yeast infection so she gave me another dose of4 flagyl 500 mg to be took all at once and difulcan been taking it about 2 days and the smell is still there how long till smell go away?
usually goes away as within 3 days if not go bck to your doctor
