Quick low fat recipe

Chicken breast diced

Sweetcorn 

Diced Onion

Weight watchers chicken soup

1 tsp Corn flour 

Fry lite 

Fry lite in saucepan, add chicken and onion, 

Cook for ten mins 

Add soup and corn flour and sweetcorn

Cook for another 10 mins and serve. 

My mum made me this when I was stuck

I normally have with asda 3% fat chips. My 

Whole family love it and it's done in 30 mins.
