My girlfriend recently started taking Luvox 100mg for her severe existential OCD she has been taking them for about 2+ weeks, she did mention that things are still the same negative thoughts are still crossing her mind and the thoughts keep jumping from one thing to another.
I have read that the medication can take up to three to six weeks or even ninty days?
I'm confused how long will she have to take them to see the full affect?

There are no quick questions here, I would think you will begin to see some improvement within the six week period. It may be there will be a further increase of the dose sometime mid term.
When it comes to medications we are all different, it may be positive things may be seen quickly.
No-one here knows the cause of her condition and how long she has been ill
Generally Anxiety can be cured as the person becomes older. While others will have a recurring problem throughout their years
Few may have the condition for life, most rare.
