I developed Quinsy 15 days ago. I stayed in hospital 2 nights on IV and meds then sent home on a course of antibiotics. the initial few days at home I slept and throat still tender etc. From day 6, I started getting hot and cold chills then on day 10, headaches and stabbing pains in my ear began. it's now day 16 and I still have constant headache and stabbing pains in my head pretty much all day. Also doctors were unable to drain & I've never had tonsillitis. is it normal to still be getting this much grief after so much time?
