Rainforest running and a threesome, help

hi ladies I had a threesome with my husband and someone I know very well who says they are all clean. 3 days later I get stuck in very plastic shorts (that were way too tight) in a rainforest and had to run 10km soaking wet in them in the rain, I had a dreadful fitting g string on too.! that afternoon almost as soon as I got home I noticed I had 9 clear blisters in my labia, right where the shorts were rubbing me. I had also shaved that morning. 4 days later and its nearly better. picture is 2 days in. do I have a classic chaffing/friction or is it possible its herpes?

The bumps also look like Molluscum Contagion. This is very contagious. Also it’s best to check with Dr.

thanks! they got 100% better with no scabs or anything by day 5. no itch or burn either.
I think I really did just chaffe myself! I chucked my razor also!
