I recently noticed a raised area on top of the shaft while erect. Almost like swelling under the skin. It is not a defined round lump, more like a slightly raised band. This area is directly beneath where my thumb rests while masturbating. I can also feel the lump transfer through to the bottom of the shaft almost like there is something inside that is forcing the top and bottom surfaces to expand out. However, there are no lumps or hardened areas when flaccid. My primary didn’t find anything and didn’t feel it was serious. But I’m concerned There is no pain or bending. No issues getting or keeping erection or climaxing. Can anyone help ease my mind? Thanks.

I actually noticed last night that if I press into the urethra when erect I feel a bit of a lump. not painful. maybe that is pushing the tissue on top as well. Thought I could feel a small nodule in the center underside while flaccid last night, but hard to tell. Almost like in the urethra or at least centered. No pain or trouble urinating.
