had pylo 3 weeks ago. creatnine was 140… finished meds and all now creatnine is 182 dropping gfr to 30… rang nephrologist said i have hydronephrosis and that theres dilation at the ureteric junction at the kidney. they said theyre referring me to urology for stenting. how does that all work? is it a day case? will my creatnine go down? whats recovery like? and how many days should i take off work.
medical history: RENAL REFLUX, bilateral ureteric reimplantation, right nephrectomy, nutcracker phenomenon and stage 3 ckd.
