when i pull my clit hood back, you can see these bumps. they were on and off for a few weeks, about 8 months ago, but for the last 4 months it hasnt gone away. my symptoms are just itchiness.
sometimes i do rub it excessively to relieve the itch. i scratched myself once. if i pinch my hood i can feel "ball" shape. maybe a cyst?
i am sexually active with one partner, i was tested for STIs at the start of our relationship and had a pap smear, all came back negative.
Could this be a result from untreated yeast infection?or built up smegma? i think i had a yeast infection for maybe one month ( i had minor symptoms for discharge and irritation) but i wasnt sure. i took an OTC medicine for it and those symptoms went away. but i didnt treat for a while. also i never knew what smegma was but noticed it around the time i had symtpoms for a yeast infection. i have been cleaning with warm water on a cloth and it relieves the symptoms. but some days, its too much i will see a gyno tomorw but i want to share this in case someone has expeirenced this or if someone is having similar symptoms they can be helped to. ive researched a lot and i havent see anything similar any where else
