Raised patch/rash that isn't responding to antifungal creams

I've had this rash on my penis gland for 4 months now and it doesn't respond to antifungal cream. Any help please

Keep us updated. I have the same issue as well. Recently was diagnosed with psoriasis by dermatologist, however when he looked at my penis he regarded it as post inflammtory hypopigmentation in certain areas. I just did a home UTI test, and so see that I have UTI.

When did this start for you?

Did Std test..all negative.
