Hi I hope someone has advice.
I have always had large teardrop shaped holes on my penis shaft where the pubic hair grew out. Some of these holes extend all the way up to just beneath the head.
Recently I've noticed that the skin around 4 or 5 of these shaft hairs has swollen. I can feel them when I hold the underside of my penis. they are sometimes more pronounced when I'm erect.
the pictures show how a single hair grows out of each lump. They are not painful, don't seem to be a perfectly dome shaped either, and no waxy core that I can detect. They do not leak any fluid or blood nor do they pop as if a pimple.
Is this something anyone has seen? Could it be inflamed hair follicles or worst? Last std tests were negative. I try to use antibacterial soap down there. I do use oil based moisturizers on my body and sometimes for masturbation. wonder if because I had those large holes around my pubic hair something has seeped in and blocked the pore? Don't know if these are proper terms.
Overall It has made me nervous and I am not seeing or sleeping with anyone currently.
