Hello, if you can see in my picture (excuse my awful chipped nail polish) my right big toe has been hurting very bad lately and it has a random brown spot in the upper right corner that is very painful to touch and hit by accident hurts very badly. I also have had this random brown spot right underneath my cuticle that doesn’t bother or hurt but its been there for a while!! Can someone help on what these things are?!
