If the condom remained intact and was sealed throughout the sexual encounter it is likely you have had an extreme reaction to what was on the inside of the condom. Manufacturers put all kinds of chemical compounds on the inside, such as to make the condom easier to get on and spermicides for example - it is most likely this is what has caused the reaction.
If this is what it is, the reaction will likely take a number of weeks or even months to fade and completely heal.
However, the note of caution would be there is no way of knowing whether the condom did actually remain completely sealed throughout - so as Ricardo suggests it may be best to get tested for any potential infections
i would go to your local health clinic and get tested. condoms do not prevent all stds. herpes can be spread by skin on skin contact. This looks very red and irritated. are you having any pain?
