Random Dosage???

Hello all

today my doctor suggested that I take 20mg one day and then 10mg the next day, is this highly unusual and a bit experimental or is it just me???

I’ve heard of other people being told to alternate as a way to achieve an intermediate dose rather than cutting tablets.

Hi Catherine and Emma doing really well thank you both, back to work on Saturday too =) stayed on 20mg sod the gp haha

Yeah but I’ve stayed on 20, not gonna alternate, felt amazing lately too
