Random goosebumps and tingling

About 3 weeks ago I had a funny feeling in my head almost like I high. Was harder to concentrate but I still knew what I was doing. I felt tired and weak. I had 3 popsicle and started to feel better. Next day when I woke up kind of the same thing. Ate something sweet and I felt better. I think about a littler over a week I've been getting these random goosebumps just small patches on either my arm or my leg. Both sides. But it's not that I'm cold it would happen outside while I'm hot too.2 days ago at work I got this tingling feeling kind of like goosebumps just there were none. On my left thigh and my left forearm area. But it didn't go away. After 3 hours I got more and more worried and told my manager that I wanna go to an emergency room.. so I went to the er. My bloodwork was fine, they did am MRI on my brain and that was fine too. so they said they don't know where its coming from and I should go to an neurologist for a farther check up. Now I get the random tingling sensation on my left side again. I also have neck problems where I constantly pop my neck maybe 10 times a day and its loud. Not sure if that's related.

Hi daniela232

You should get your B12 checked you have symptoms of B12 deficiency...tingling sensation and lack of concentration, tiredness and weakness also lightheadedness....ask you health provider to do a B12 blood test....

How is your diet?? are you eating dairy, eggs, some legumes, fish, yogurt...there is very little B12 in veggies and fruit....do you eat these foods or just junk food ??

Keep us posted...best wishes....

Maybe your blood sugar is low if taking sweet things help you to feel better.  Have you had a diabetes test?
