I am 49 and starting to have weird symptoms which make me think I am in perimenopause. I have been experiencing random light nosebleeds which then cause my anxiety to go through the roof. I suffer with sever anxiety and have been on lexapro for years. I have read in several places that nosebleeds are a symptom or perimenopause and menopause. I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same symptom.

Yes I am 52 with all kinds of crazy menopause symptoms and nose bleeding has been one of them.
