Random pain in head

Ive been experiencing a random pain although when i say pain it doesn't hurt just i know when its there. Its in my head just about 3 inches to the left of the crown of the head. But this pain it lasts seconds maybe 1-3 seconds and goes away like i said before it doesn't hurt just i'm aware its there. It's been happening for like 2 years now but it's strange because it might not happen for weeks or months then it'll start happening again for weeks maybe up to 5 times a day. I do suffer from health anxiety which certainly doesn't help and i can be quite stressful because of work. But this is started up again and iv'e had it for a few weeks now and its doing my head in again! Just wondering if anybody else has had this at all?

there are millions of people who get the same type of “pain” in their head on a daily basis or randomly. It is unbelievably common especially if somebody is under stress. What happens is that when we are under stress, everything can tighten up including any muscle in the body. When we have tension, The muscles in the neck and jaw area tighten up which can cause you to feel tension in the head.
everything is interconnected and one area can affect another.
i have had sudden sharp pain, dull pain in my head off and on for years and years. All due to stress and anxiety! It’s not anything dangerous. Another thing is sometimes people Who wear glasses can get headaches or head pain and may need to get an updated check up.
as Long as you don’t have really intense 10 out of 10 pain. That’s when you need to get it checked out right away. But that
doesn’t sound like what you have at all.
what really helps me a lot is getting a head and neck massage or a complete body massage because that loosens everything up. Also see if you can reduce your stress.when you’re at work try to move your neck around, shrug your shoulders up and down just to stretch things out. If you sit all day get up and move around a couple times during an hour.
when I think of how much stress and anxiety we go through every day, I’m not surprised that we get headaches, muscle aches, tiredness etc. it’s a lot on our bodies!

Thanks for the reply, went to my GP yesterday and he was telling me pretty much the same. I have a quite stressful job. Might need to start trying to relax more
