Random panic attacks. Feeling detached

I dealt with anxiety ever since middle school and now I'm a full grown adult who still suffers from severe anxiety disorder. 9 years now with anxiety going off and on. My symptoms get really bad to the point that I feel like I might pass out one day and die. I fear that my health is always at risk even though I'm mostly healthy every time I get checked by my doctor and my blood test results come back normal. Does anyone suffer from severe panic attacks and would like share some advice on how to overcome anxiety controlling me? I wish I could learn and tell myself that everything will be okay but the symptoms just feels like something very bad will happen to me. I get the common symptoms such as heart palpitations, chills, body becomes shaky, numbness in feet and hands, very alert and confused, foggy brain, fatigue, difficulty breathing and feeling like my throat is closing up, worried thoughts about dying, feeling detached and can't sleep. I seriously don't know what to do at this point. I know I could just easily take medicine to fix this problem but I'm worried on the side effects it might do to me like suicidal thoughts which is the main reason.

The first thing to know is that no matter how bad the anxiety gets, it’s not going to cause you to die. Your heart can race and you can get all the other symptoms and you’ll still be OK. So don’t worry about that. The main thing is learning how to manage the anxiety better so you don’t feel as miserable.
i have had anxiety since I was five so I know what you’re going through.
the thing is, with everything you have going on, you are feeling completely awful.so there’s a decision to make. You can either continue on this way like I did for a long time and feel horrible all the time or try something different that has the potential of helping you to feel better or at least cut down on some anxiety.
if you try a medication, and you don’t like it, you can always let your doctor know and try something different or nothing at all.
keep in mind that medications for anxiety and depression take up to six weeks or longer for full effect.
i highly recommend you get some counseling for the anxiety. They have the tools to help you manage this better.
the key to calming down the anxiety in the moment is proper breathing technique. It gets you in better control.
For the panic, it’s the same thing and there is a very short and effective way to do this on YouTube. Search for something called stop panic attack now then scroll down to one called don’t panic. she will guide you through your panic attack and it’s very effective! it’s very calming and settles everything down. hope you feel better soon .
