I tend to notice this from time to time under my foreskin. Not sure if it’s because of dryness or possibly thrush? No burning or itching whatsoever; or redness. Anyone could tell me what it may be?

do you wash beneath your foreskin every time you bath?
use only warm water, no need for soap
but keep it clean
its normal for someone with a foreskin
Yes I wash it with water only and I’ve noticed that it’s when I air out my glands a bit or rub under my foreskin that these appear
