Hey guys, I'm 17 years old w/ anxiety. Last night while I was trying to fall asleep, I suddenly sat up(idk really why) and my heart was racing and i felt really dizzy/lightheaded for about 10 seconds and then it randomly went away. Then i went to sleep. When I woke up, I just got so scared about what happened last night and why i was dizzy. This is the third time in two weeks it happened. Also throughout the day I have to always take deep breathes and at night that magnifies and I can't sleep.
