sometimes after a period of extreme overwhelming exhaustion i feel weak i feel faintish off balance and it lasts only a few minutes then disappears for some days. can cfs cause this? also i been having fatigue for 9 months now swollen lymph nodes randomly, temperature sensitivity, etc.
its your body telling you youre crashing ,be cafeful and listen to your body when this happens otherwise you can make yourself bedbound for days,weeks or even months ,
