Rash around 4 year olds mouth/lips

My daughter has had a rash on lips and around mouth for more than 2 weeks, it comes and goes in severity but is always there faintly at least and then sometimes glares up. She has no itchy Ness or pain and dosnt complain about it at all, it's just visual. Any ideas???

my 5 year old son gets this aswell. i have no idea what it is. it doesnt bother him at all. amd flares up every now and again. i did google it and said something about dermatitis. when he gets it again im gonna take him to his gp to find out.

i should mention his had this for months since last year even. comes and goes. but just doesnt bother him at all. But im definetly taking him to gp next time it flares up to find out what it is.

Yeah it does seem odd it, I will be going to the doctors when possible, although I’m sure it’s nothing major
