I am a male in my mid 20s. I had a new sexual partner about three weeks ago. About a week after, I experienced painful urination and discharge for a few days. I was treated with antibiotics and the dysuria and discharge ceased quickly (half a day to a day). However, the redness and rashlike / chapped appearance still did not go away to this day. It is painless and does not itch, but it is red and unsightly. I tried hydrocortisone cream and lotrimin ultra but neither seem to be working. Does anybody know how I could fix this?
