First noticed what seemed to be ingrown hairs has turned into a rash of some sort. It is almost a circle confined area on the upper part of my groin. It does not sting, or burn. Slight itchiness at most. I have no discharge or burning while peeing. No fever or flu like symptoms. Skin seems to be very dry and flaky. The edges, or ring-like border on the outside of the spot seem to be raised skin/bump. I have had no blisters or pus filled bumps as it just seems the skin is really irritated and dry. This has gone on for roughly 2 weeks now and doesn't seem to be improving any. I practice safe sex and generally always wear a condom. The girl I've been having relations with , we had intercourse 2 times with a condom and the third time without. I noticed a day or so after having unprotected sex with her that I developed small red dots on the head{glans} of my penis. Mostly resembling some form of "balantis". Shortly after all my skin on my glans shaft and even scrotum became really dry and flaking. After 2 weeks the dots seemed to disappear and the flaky/dry skin all seemed to fall off and my genitals were back to normal. The 3rd or 4th week I developed this spot which at first seemed to be a couple of ingrown hairs but now has turned into what resembles what I think is ring worm or some type of fungal infection? I have a doctors appointment scheduled this week, but any additional information or opinion would greatly be appreciated.
