Go to your GP and see what is what.
Vision signals should not be ignored at any price. Don't waste time and tell the receptionist about the vision problems you need to be seen like yesterday.
margaret42782 ~ from my experience, you should also have some severe pain somewhere internally. Since shingles have their source in the spine, that is often where the pain radiates from ~ into a hip, across the chest, through the thigh, even across the scalp and into the face, etc. When you have that pain, you have four days to start the anti-viral Valocyclovir, which will stop the rash from forming. I can't say that your symptoms sound like shingles ~ they seem too indefinite. How old are you? Some of this sounds like menopause ~ especially the anxiety ~ just thinking ~
Get heaps of joint/back pain at the best of times.....sorry bout the menopause bit.......next birthday is the big 70.
i take 100 mg voltarin daily for back pain etc. seem to have a life of lots of aches! Any more thoughts anyone?
Hi ~ margaret42782 ~ Is that Voltarin as a pill? I have used the Voltarin cream and it does alleviate some of the misery but I had to use Aleve (naproxim) 220 mg twice a day (6 am and 6 pm) and Tylenol extra strenth (acetaminophin) 500 mg twice a day (12 noon and bedtime) to get the pain to a manageable level. The naproxim was given by prescription at first but then I saw it over-the-counter as Aleve.
I am thinking that the shingles is adding to your original problem and that it should eventually reduce to the former level, as the shingles goes away ~ having done its damage!
Sorry about the manopause comment ~ just trying to be helpful ~ those transition years are another type of "pain" ~ feeling like this but no solution!
